What is the evidence that "the world" "started to prepare for war" after Covid? Do you assume the ruling elites in the western countries knew (or actually planned) what was coming?

I am happy to discuss this point, but this might not be the proper place for it. What worries me is that the media plays along. The US and NATO have a long tradition of inventing a pretext for attacking other countries: Gulf of Tonkin, weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. In both cases, the media did not bother to question the evidence but rather went along with the official government line. It is "Manufacturing Consent" all over: Suddenly, a war between China and the US is being described as almost inevitable. Why?
